Did not stand up behind buy protection guarantee

I bought a guitar pedal "every bit described" and the seller sent me a different unit of the same item in significantly worse status that the unit of measurement that was described and pictured. Reverb declined to investigate or refund me at all—unlike eBay they do not stand up behind their purchase protection guarantee, and put the burden on you lot to try and solve with the seller. I will stick to a market with better buyer protection in the hereafter.


Costly and time consuming dealings with a scammer

I've bought from Reverb on three unlike occasions. Two of them went fine, but the last time, at that place was a scam endeavour from the seller. Basically, the seller refunded my coin and then said that it was Reverb that had problems with their payments and that they would contact me with instructions on how I could pay once again. Delayed payments and contemptuous customer service

Horrible experience

Horrible experience! The seller was very vague in the description, and said the guitar was an overall very good condition. The seller stated there was slight dings and scratches just nada major. I paid $ten,000 for the guitar and when I received it, the vintage ESP guitar had been repaired in several places (horrible repairs and pigment job ) repainting an original guitar decreases the value of fifty% or more. None of this was disclosed in the photos or description. Reverb decided to not refund the money and sided with the seller. Their buyer protection is bogus, and as you tin encounter they do not take care of the buyers. Actually disappointed with Reverb and I volition never purchase annihilation again from hither.

The hotel itself was nice what turned me off was the parking! they said 45.00 to valet and xxx.00 to park yourself. But then a few minutes afterwards, I got a message saying the account is suspended.

This makes no sense to me equally I accept only five star feedback and accept submitted all the required documentation which has all been reviewed and approved.

I have replied to them and tried using their online conversation robot to no avail.

Buyers beware! Dissimilar eBay, who offer Buyers a very fair level of protection, Reverb are ridiculously heavily bent towards protecting the Sellers. I asked them to delete my account after what I thought was a particularly unfair feel with Client Service.

One of the worst customer experiences

Wish I'd read Trustpilot reviews about Reverb.com before I fabricated a buy from this site! Anyway... beware of buying on Reverb without contacting the seller get-go. People double sell on Reverb and eBay at the same time and sold items are being left for sale on Reverb for unsuspecting buyers like me. I purchased a guitar from an individual via reverb.com. I paid the seller directly by PayPal, equally instructed in the reverb.com listing. The seller provided me a tracking number but the package associated with that number was not addressed to me. I learned from UPS that the package contained medical supplies delivered to a cancer heart in my town, and was in no manner associated with me, my address, nor the seller - plainly a hijacked tracking number. I filed a dispute with PayPal and information technology was denied on the grounds that the seller provided me with a tracking number, even though the number was not legitimate. I filed a claim with UPS for a lost bundle, only the bundle associated with the tracking number I was provided by the reverb seller, was in fact delivered equally addressed. I requested a refund from the seller via reverb.com simply the seller'south reverb account has been closed by reverb for "suspicious activity". I requested a refund from reverb.com on the basis that my package was not shipped by the seller, merely reverb referred me back to PayPal. I too tried to phone call to reverb's attention, some other suspicious seller, offering the aforementioned guitar on some other account. Reverb refused to investigate. Bottom line, reverb's buyer protection guarantee has more than holes in it than a fish internet. Don't rely on it if your are scammed by a sale on their site.

As an added bonus, Reverb.com would not allow me to post a 3-star or less rating on their website.

I Sold a ton of gear through Reverb. They made tons of money off of me, TENS of Thousands! and never did annihilation else merely host a webserver.
